Helping you feel steady, understood, and more like yourself again
Are you constantly on edge… overthinking everything… or feeling numb when you wish you could just feel normal again?
Maybe you’ve been through things you don’t talk about.
Maybe anxiety runs your day.
Maybe you’re tired of holding it all together while quietly falling apart inside.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to pretend with me.
I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and the complicated mix of emotions that can come with difficult experiences or substance use. Many of my clients feel stuck — caught between wanting change and not knowing how to get there.
My role isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you feel safe enough to understand what’s happening inside, build skills that actually work in real life, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been buried for a long time.
Clients often describe my style as warm, calm, and grounding. I move at your pace, check in often, and focus on creating an environment where you can be honest without fear of judgment or pressure.
I use practical, evidence-based approaches (including CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness), but what matters most is that therapy feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you — not like a one-size-fits-all program.
If spirituality is important to you, I’m happy to incorporate that into our work in a way that feels natural and respectful of your beliefs. If not, that’s completely okay too.
I’ve been practicing for over three years and work with adults both in person and virtually. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, processing past experiences, or simply exhausted from trying to cope on your own, therapy can help you find steadiness and clarity again.
If you’re ready for things to feel different — even a little — I would be honored to walk alongside you.
🌱 You might be a great fit for my approach if you:
✔ Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained
✔ Have experienced trauma or difficult life events
✔ Want practical tools as well as understanding
✔ Prefer a calm, supportive therapist who won’t push too fast
✔ Are open to exploring what healing could look like for you
